Twilight Peaks subdivision is located just south of the Needles Country Store on the west side Hwy 550, directly across from the Olde Schoolhouse Cafe’ and Saloon. The setting sun highlights the Western Needles Mountains to the east, including the peaks our subdivision is named after (Twilight Peak-13,163 ft, North Twilight Peak-13,075 ft, South Twilight Peak-12,932ft).
The topography of the subdivision spans an elevation difference of approximately 200 feet, starting at about 8,800 feet at the highway entrance to upwards of 9,000 feet along the western most area of the north and south property lines. Aspen and pine trees in varying concentrations cover the property.
A gated entrance leads to four paved roads and a landscaped pond that is replenished seasonally by Albert Creek, which runs through the subdivision’s northern end. The cherished and well cared for pond serves as a community focal point for social gatherings.
The subdivision is served by central water and sewer. For gas service, individuals are responsible for obtaining/installing propane tanks and gas lines.
